PT. Cilsy Fiolution Indonesia built the Cicle app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PT. Cilsy Fiolution Indonesia and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Cicle unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

You will be required to establish an account in order to take advantage of certain features of the Cicle Service. If you wish to establish an account you will be required to provide us with information (including personally identifiable information). In addition, we may obtain your personally identifiable information from you if you identify yourself to us by sending us an e-mail with questions.

Depending on your use of the Cicle Service, we collect one types of information: personally identifiable information.

We need certain personal data in order to provide you with access to Cicle. This consent provides us with the legal basis we require under applicable law to process your data. You maintain the right to withdraw such consent at any time. If you do not agree to our use of your personal data in line with this policy, please do not use our platform.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Services:

We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services.

Your use of the Services: We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use; the tasks, projects, teams and other links you click on; the type, size and filenames of attachments you upload to the Services; frequently used search terms; and how you interact with others on the Services. We also collect information about the teams and people you work with and how you interact with them, like who you collaborate and communicate with most frequently.

We receive information about you from other Service users, from third party services, and from our business and channel partners.

Other users of the Services: Other users of our Services may provide information about you when they submit content through the Services. For example, you may be mentioned by someone else on a task, or a team member may upload content about you to Cicle. We also receive your email address from other Service users when they provide it in order to invite you to the Services. Similarly, an administrator may provide your contact information when they designate you as another administrator for a task, team or an Enterprise or Unlimited Account.

Other services you link to your account: We receive information about you when you or your administrator enable third-party apps or integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. For example, you or your administrator may also integrate our Services with other services you use, such as to allow you to access, store, share and edit certain content from a third-party through our Services. For example, you may authorize our Services to access and display files from a third-party document-sharing service within the Services interface. The information we receive when you link or integrate our Services with a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in these third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with our Services.

Other partners: We receive information about you and your activities on and off the Services from third-party partners, such as advertising and market research partners who provide us with information about your interest in, and engagement with, our Services and online advertisements.

Cicle use of information received, and Cicle’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

Your Rights

Where and when is information collected?

Opt-out: You may contact us anytime to opt-out of: (i) direct marketing communications; (ii) automated decision-making and/or profiling; (iii) our collection of sensitive personal data; or (iv) any new processing of your personal data that we may carry out beyond the original purpose. Please note that your use of some of the platform may be ineffective upon opt-out.
Access: You may access the data we hold about you at any time by exporting your Team’s data (if you are an admin) or by contacting us directly.
Amend: You can also contact us to update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
Move: Your data is portable – i.e. you have the flexibility to move your data to other service providers as you wish.
Erase and Forget: In certain situations, for example when the data we hold about you is no longer relevant or is incorrect, you can request that we erase your data

Where will Data be Transferred to?

By using our platform, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. Your team’s project and task data will never be transferred to third parties. The only data we share with third parties is for analytics, error tracking, and marketing.

How Long will Data be Stored?

We will only retain your personal data as long as reasonably required for you to use the Site/Application(s) and/or to provide you with the Services unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for regulatory purposes).

What do we do with the information we Collect?

In general, we use the information collected to provide you with a great overall experience using the Cicle Service, to help us understand who uses the Cicle Service, for internal operations such as operating and improving the Cicle Service, to contact you for customer service and billing purposes, and to facilitate the delivery of our advertising in some cases.

We use your information to send you a welcome e-mail after you create an account, when you are invited to Cicle, or when you sign up for a demo, webinar or to receive our newsletter. We also use your information to send other e-mail communication related to the Cicle website. We always give you the option to unsubscribe in any email we send you.

We may also use the information gathered to perform statistical analysis of user behavior or to evaluate and improve the Cicle Service. We may link some of this information to personally identifiable information for internal purposes or to improve your experience with the Cicle Service.

When do we Disclose Information to Third Parties?

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, or as specifically authorized by you, we will not disclose any information to third parties outside of Cicle.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
